At RCI's Annual Convention & Industry Expo hundreds of retail confectioners come to invest in the future of their businesses. As part of a week-long event, industry professionals travel from across the United States, Canada and abroad to make connections and discover new products and services to help propel their sweet businesses.

 50% deposit is required to reserve booths. After April 15, 100% payment is required.

Note: Exhibitors do not receive free admission to the RCI Annual Convention, but are invited to register for the convention at reduced rates (two per booth).

EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS

Your health, safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. RCI is working closely with the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) and local health authorities to best ensure our guests are able to gather safely during RCI’s 2021 Annual Convention & Industry Expo.

  • In accordance with the mandatory face covering order from the state of Ohio and the city of Columbus, face masks are required and must be worn by all (exhibitors, attendees and staff). Coverings may be removed when seated at a table provided for food consumption.
  • All food samples provided by exhibitors must be pre-packaged and sealed, and expo attendees must be seated to consume any food.
  • Breath/sneeze guards, as an additional precaution are recommended (not required) and will be available for an additional charge from the exhibitor services contractor. Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Kit--coming soon!

Previous exhibitors: Save time by searching your previous exhibitor profile and access your profile to make edits at any time with the use of a password. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invitation to setup your account.

Hotel accommodations: We invite exhibitors to stay at the host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Columbus, during the course of our event. Click here to reserve your hotel rooms at RCI's host hotel. Note: RCI is not affiliated with any third-party travel groups (namely Global Expo Travel and Streamlined Solutions) and cannot recommend booking hotel reservations through such groups.
