The Grand Confection Award

RCI's prestigious Grand Confection Award returns for 2025! The Grand Confection Award is an opportunity for RCI members to highlight skillfully crafted chocolates and confections and be judged anonymously based on an excellence criteria during RCI's Annual Convention & Industry Expo. Each year a different confection will be selected to be the focus of that year.

THE 2025 CONFECTION OF THE YEAR IS THE MELTAWAY.

To qualify, entries must be a chocolate piece that incorporates fat or nut butter as a primary ingredient. Click here for guidelines.

Now accepting entry submissions through May 5, 2025
To enter product for consideration as the Grand Confection, participants must complete the entry form below by  May 5, 2025. Applicants must be active RCI Candy Maker Members and register to attend RCI's 2025 Annual Convention & Industry Expo (when registration becomes available).

The Grand Confection Award winner and finalists will be announced during the Awards Banquet at RCI's Annual Convention & Industry Expo in Covington, Kentucky on June 18, 2025.
