Available for all skill levels, Profit by Chocolate is a three-day course designed specifically for retail confectioners, this course will help you build the financial and operational confidence needed to run a stronger, more profitable business.
During the course, you will learn practical ways to manage inventory, control costs, read and understand financial statements, and make smart business decisions with confidence. It’s a friendly, focused workshop designed to help you grow your candy or chocolate shop.
ENROLLMENT & TUITION
Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 30 registrants. Deposit and enrollment should be confirmed by RCI before making travel and hotel arrangements.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm registration. The remaining balance is due by January 23, 2026.
Grants Available: The Allured Fund for Confectionery Education provides grants to those people who would like to attend an educational event in the U.S. confectionery industry, but are unable to attend due to financial hardships.
