Join fellow candy makers August 12-14, 2025 in Baltimore, Maryland for a three-day intensive course designed to help you better understand the science behind formulations and troubleshooting techniques with caramels, toffees and brittles. Welcome to all skill levels, learn from classroom-style lecture combined with hands-on experience in the kitchen making variations of these craveable confections for use in different applications.

Meet our Host
A family-owned business now in its fifth generation of candy-making, Wockenfuss Candies is proud to be one of the oldest candy makers in Baltimore. Their facility features 12,000 square feet of production space providing many hands-on opportunities for students. 

Enrollment & Tuition
Registration is limited to 24 students and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to confirm registration. The remaining balance is due by July 11, 2025. Deposit and enrollment should be confirmed by RCI before making travel and hotel arrangements.
