	As one of the first chocolatiers in Buffalo, tracing back to 1901, Fowler's Chocolates lays claim to be the original and authentic maker of Buffalo's iconic sponge candy. Get a glimpse of how they make 35,000 pounds of sponge candy each year.		Founded in a home basement in 1938, Platter's Chocolate Factory has evolved into a successful retail destination. See each step of how they craft sponge candy from the candy kitchen, moulding department and enrobing lines.		Experience Tomric's newly expanded Innovation Center showcasing cutting-edge equipment. Enjoy live equipment demonstrations and get an inside look at how their thermoformed chocolate moulds and tray packaging are designed and made.

At Antoinette's Sweets, the Morphis family specializes in carefully crafted chocolate confections using recipes and techniques passed down for over 100 years and four generations of family.		A mainstay in Western New York, MOD-PAC made their first box in 1881 and hasn't stopped since. Tour their folding cartons and stock packaging facility to see some of the most advanced manufacturing technology in the world.		Established in 1932, founder Joseph Boyd Oliver is credited for developing the first cashew glaze and hostess squares.
