How to Think Like a Brand, but Act Like a Retailer: You’ll learn what it takes to build a brand that is consistently good both inside your store and out, plus what your website needs to do right now, how to create email blasts that bring shoppers to your store, and more.

How to Set Your Sales Floor to Sell: We’re talking store layout and design. You’ll learn how to put the science of shopping to work on your sales floor and embrace your space to sell more, plus how to set window displays that attract shoppers.

The Inside Secrets of Visual Merchandising and Display: You’ll learn the strategies, tactics, tips and techniques of store display that help your products sell themselves, plus how to utilize signing on your sales floor.

Instructors:

Rich Kizer and Georganne Bender are retail strategists, professional speakers, authors and consultants whose client list reads like a "who's who" in business. Companies internationally depend upon them for timely advice on consumers and the changing retail marketplace. KIZER & BENDER are contributors to MSNBC’s television program “Your Business,” as well as numerous other media outlets. Rich and Georganne are experts on generational diversity, consumer trends, marketing and promotion, and everything retail.
