ALL THINGS CARAMEL!

RCI's Fall Regional Conference was focused on all things caramel! Attendees experienced an EduTour at Bomboy's Home Made Candy, plus more education and demonstrations to help refine caramel recipes and develop new and unique varieties. Additionally, attendees toured two Baltimore-based candy companies and took part in a hands-on caramel apple demonstration.
