We’re excited to welcome you back in-person for RCI's 2021 Annual Convention & Industry Expo, while we recognize this year's event will be a little different. Your health, safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, which is why we are taking steps to ensure preventative measures are in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 during our event.Event Safety Measures and Protocols - Face masks are no longer required for vaccinated individuals in accordance with facility policy at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Columbus.
- The GCCC has installed an additional 150 hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.
- Escalator handrail sterilizers, installed on all 21 facility escalators, utilize UV-C lights to continually sterilize the escalator handrails in real time so that attendees can hold on without worrying about touching common surfaces.
- Heightened cleaning measures includes hourly disinfection of high touch points such as doorknobs, handrails and event furniture, and changes to our attendee flow.
- It is recommended that exhibitors providing samples use a breath barrier, but not required.
