Available for all skill levels, Truffles + More is a two and a half-day intensive course designed to help candy makers learn the science behind formulations and trouble shooting techniques for truffles, meltaways and nut pastes. In addition to classroom-style learning, participants will gain hands-on experience in the kitchen making variations of these popular confections using several different applications.
