HOME SCHEDULE INSTRUCTORS HOTEL & TRAVEL Caramels, Toffees & Brittles Join fellow candy makers February 21-23, 2023 in sunny Orlando, Florida for a three-day intensive course designed to help you better understand the science behind formulations and troubleshooting techniques with caramels, toffees and brittles. Welcome to all skill levels, learn from classroom-style lecture combined with hands-on experience in the kitchen making variations of these craveable confections for use in different applications. Enrollment & Tuition Registration is limited to 24 students and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to confirm registration. The remaining balance is due by January 20, 2023. Deposit and enrollment should be confirmed by RCI before making travel and hotel arrangements.
