Retail Confectioners International is headed to Dayton, OH for the Creams, Fondants & Fudges course August 5-7, 2020 at Esther Price Candies. Both newcomers and veterans will learn the science behind formulations and trouble shooting techniques with creams, fondants and fudges. Registration will open in spring 2020 and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
